These terms cover how you may use Satisfactory Interactive Map. They are written to be read: the map is free, sharing it is welcome, and copying it wholesale is not.
1. Agreement
By using satisfactoryinteractivemap.com (the "site"), you agree to these terms and to ourprivacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "We", "us" and "our" mean the independent operators of Satisfactory Interactive Map.
2. What the site is
Satisfactory Interactive Map is a free, unofficial fan tool for the video game Satisfactory. It offers an interactive map of resources, collectibles and points of interest, a progress tracker, a base location finder and written guides. There are no accounts and no paid features. The site may show advertising to cover its running costs.
3. No affiliation with Coffee Stain Studios
The site is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Coffee Stain Studios or any of its partners. Satisfactory, its logos, item names, artwork and game data are trademarks and property of Coffee Stain Studios. They appear on this site for the purpose of identifying and describing the game, and all rights to them remain with their owner.
4. Using the site
You are welcome to:
- Use the map and guides for your own games, as often as you like.
- Share links to the site and to specific map views with anyone.
- Show the map in videos, streams, guides and forum posts, including monetized ones, with screenshots or screen recordings. A link back to the site is appreciated but not required.
You may not:
- Copy, scrape or download the site's marker data, map tiles, guide text or images in bulk to republish them elsewhere.
- Embed the site in a frame on another website, or present it in a way that suggests it belongs to someone else.
- Send automated traffic that puts unusual load on the site, or try to bypass its security or rate limits.
- Use the site to break any law, or to distribute malware or spam.
- Interfere with the ads on the site in ways that defraud the advertising network, such as clicking ads you are not interested in.
5. Our content
The site's design, code, map rendering, written guides, translations and the way the data is compiled and presented are our work, except for the third-party material credited on the about page. Open-source components remain under their own licenses. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our content or of Coffee Stain Studios' property to you.
6. Your progress and notes
Items you mark as collected and notes you pin to the map are stored only in your browser. You are responsible for that data: clearing your browser, using private browsing or switching devices can remove it. Use the Export button to keep a backup. We cannot recover lost progress because we never receive it. Do not put personal or sensitive information in notes on a shared computer.
7. Accuracy of game information
We build the map from the game's own data and check it carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every position, count, requirement or description is complete and correct. Game updates, experimental builds and mods can change the world. The game version the site reflects is shown in the footer. If something is wrong, please tell us.
8. Advertising and third-party links
The site may show ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the products and services they offer. The site also links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site online and working, but we provide it as a free service and may change, pause or remove any feature, or the whole site, at any time and without notice. We are not obliged to provide support or updates.
10. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, progress or time, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to zero, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to you from then on.
13. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
